Hand-Altered Winter Art Hoodie
One of One. Never replicated.
Bespoke No. 1 marks the inaugural release of my collector-edition series—wearable textile art that lives completely in a class of its own.
Starting on a premium heavyweight Independent Trading Co. canvas, this piece underwent a meticulous, multi-step transformation:
- The Base: Ice-dyed to draw out rich splits of midnight violet, dusty lilac, magenta, and Arctic blue.
- The Bleach Discharge: Individually discharged with dynamic snowflake silhouettes spanning the torso, hood, and sleeves.
- Hand-Painted & Foiled Details: Each major snowflake was meticulously outlined and hand-painted with pearlescent fabric paint, layered with reflective deco foil highlights that catch the light from every angle.
- The Finish: Coated in an all-over, permanent dimensional glitter fabric mist for a soft, frosted shimmer.
Heavyweight, ultra-cozy, and completely unrepeatable. Once it finds its home, it is gone forever.
Garment & Construction Details
- Size: Unisex XL (Generous, relaxed fit)
- Weight & Fabric: Heavyweight 10 oz./yd² fleece; 70/30 ring-spun cotton/polyester blend with a soft 100% cotton face
- Hood: Double-layer fleece lined for structure and warmth
- Hardware & Trim: Nickel eyelets with matching dyed drawcord, twill neck tape, and 1x1 ribbing at the cuffs and hem
- Durability: Split-stitch double-needle sewing on all seams
Care Instructions
To preserve the hand-painted pearlescent line work and deco foil detailing for years of wear:
- Turn inside out before washing
- Machine wash cold on gentle cycle (or hand wash)
- Hang to dry or tumble dry on low/no heat
- Do not iron directly over foiled or painted artwork
