If item is a ready to ship item it will ship in 1-2 business days.
Custom orders without a transfer will ship within 5 days or sooner depending upon the amount of orders I have.
Custom orders requiring a special order transfer can take up to two weeks to ship. They will generally ship out faster, but I like to give a generous estimate because of transfers being ordered and any possible delays in the mail.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

No refunds will be issued. Please reach out if there was an issue with your order, and I will do my best to make things right. Please keep this policy in mind when shopping. When ordering tiedye items please remember patterns will vary as they are all handmade. I have size charts listed in case you have questions on sizing.
